As a knife maker of over 30 years and as a professional knife sharpener for nearly as long, I think that these systems are quite simply in my humble opinion, the very best.

This one come from the Ausies, it is a bit different in operation than that of the Edge Pro but is also one the worlds finest knife sharpeners. It is widely used by the meat packing industry of Australia. For daily hard use, this system will get the job done straight away and last a long time.

For those really sharp knives, you will need a finer 2" by 8"stone and I have the perfect stone, an Arkansas fine/super fine combo in stock now. The system also comes with an extra stone holder to fit this stone or that large fine stone you have now.
